The Highland Fishing Lodge (Þóristungur)
Completely renovated for the 2019 season the lodge offers a quiet and secluded stay in the Highlands. It has five double/twin bedrooms and can, therefore, accommodate 10 people. The bedrooms are not big but each bedroom has a sink and a large wardrobe. A shared bathroom with two toilets and three showers is at the lodge. The cozy living room and dining room are perfect for relaxing after a long day of fishing and enjoying a good meal and a drink.

Battle Hill Lodge (Þverá)
Battle Hill Lodge is an old farmhouse on the banks of the Þverárvatn River. It is on private land with some of the most beautiful scenery found in Iceland right outside the lodge.
It has two and a half bathrooms: two single rooms and four twin rooms on two floors. The name of it comes from a hill on the land called “Orrustuhóll” or The Battle Hill, named so due to it being the location of the killing of Hróars Tungugoði, a famed Icelandic Viking Chieftain in the 10th century. The view from it is extremely beautiful overlooking a lava field and Vatnajokull glacier.
The Battle Hill Lodge is a renovated farmhouse on a historic farm in the South East of Iceland. Updated with a clean style and modern amenities, the Battle Hill Lodge can sleep up to 10 guests in four twin rooms and two single rooms spread out over two floors, with two and a half bathrooms. Roughly 1km from Ring Road no.1 this house is easy to get to, but also very isolated. While here you will be alone in the world to enjoy the sound of silence. The garden outside offers beautiful views.
Directly out your front door, you can view the Brunahraun lava field, which is protected and is part of a greater national park that is one of three UNESCO heritage sites in Iceland. If your eye continues further you can see the largest glacier in Europe, “Vatnajökull”, with a large cliff called “Lómagnúpur” between the two. To the east of the parking lot, you can take in the beauty of the land shaped by mighty forces of Icelandic nature, the area offers opportunities to experience the untouched majesty of the Icelandic highlands, picturesque mountains, thundering waterfalls, iconic canyons, as well as some of Iceland’s newest lava fields.

Blanda beat 4 – Eldjárnstaðir
Nestled in a secluded spot right along the salmon fishing beat, Blanda IV Lodge offers anglers a cozy and remote retreat. This charming farmhouse provides accommodation in six twin beds and a sleeper sofa for additional guests. The gin-clear river is just a short walk away, making it easy to access the fishing spots directly from the lodge.
Despite its remote location, the lodge is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, including internet access. Recently renovated, the lodge features a well-appointed kitchen and a beautiful patio overlooking the river, complete with a BBQ grill for outdoor dining. All beds are made up, and towels are provided, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay.

Vörðuholt Lodge – Big Laxá
Vörðuholt is an excellent self-catered (or upon request full-service lodge ) set on a hillside overlooking the Big Laxa, some spectacular snowcapped mountains, and the beautiful Aðaldalur valley. There are three rooms with twin beds, as well as a kitchen, living room, dining room, outdoor deck, and hot tub. There are many activities and places of interest to visit
for non-anglers, including whale watching, Dettifoss waterfall, Lake Mývatn, horse riding, and river rafting. This makes Árbót the perfect holiday for anglers bringing their families to Iceland.

The Arnarvatnsheiði Cabins
On Arnarvatnsheiði Fish Partner manages 5 basic mountain cabins for those fishing Arnarvatnsheiði and Norðlingafljót.
All 5 cabins have gas for heating and cooking, running water but other amenities are lacking and the accommodations are basic bunk bed accommodations. The cabins vary in size and can accommodate from 4 to 20 people depending on the cabin.
