Week 2 (September 2–8)
We welcomed a great group of seven anglers from our friends at Orvis. The week began with challenging conditions, unseasonably high temperatures, and bright sunshine kept the fish on edge and made presentations tricky. Despite that, the group made the best of it and brought some fantastic fish to the net. By the end of the week, rain finally arrived to freshen things up.
- Total fish landed: 57 (a strong result given the conditions)
- Biggest fish: 90 cm (35.5 inches)
Week 3 (September 8–14)
When the rain arrived, the river came alive and the fishing exploded. Sea trout poured in, and the group enjoyed non-stop action throughout the week. Spirits were high, and the results speak for themselves:
- Total fish landed: 179
- Biggest fish: 89 cm (35 inches)
Another unforgettable week at Battle Hill Lodge with great fishing, good company, and plenty of memorable moments.
